LACONA - CAPOLIVERI

The long beach of Lacona is well-known for the wonderful sand-dunes and the many tourist services, which give you the opportunity to practise all water-sports you like.
In this area there are many tourist structures: campings, hotels, restaurants, apartments and shops. The beach faces the bay of Lacona, which is formed by two small verdant "peninsulas": Capo Stella and Capo Fonza. Off Lacona the depths are rich in rocks and "posidonia" (a seaweed). People, who like diving, have a wonderful sea-world to discover.
If you want to get to Lacona easily, you can catch a bus from Portoferraio or drive your car. There’s a very big car park at your disposal.
